How we creat the Photo realistic perspective ?
Get the information from the customer.

We can produce the computer rendering perspective from the architectural and interior design drawing, rough sketch drawing, prototype model, photograph and any kind of the original design.
Basically we need all the information to accurately construct the model at the level of detail required.

For example, if an exterior of a residence is to be modeled, then all dimensions, material and color scheme that are related to exterior walls, roof and site are needed. This usually will include a floor plan, elevations, roof plan or section. If proposed landscaping is to be shown, information showing placement, size and type of tree, grass, etc., is needed.
If the model, whether architectural or product, is to be displayed against a background image (for example a neighborhood background with the model of a new home inserted), then that background image should be high professional quality photograph taken from an appropriate viewpoint in the appropriate light. The viewpoint of the model can then be produced to correspond to the background image.

      • Creat the wireframe object in the 3-D software.

We are using the 3-d software to create all the 3-d   objects from the vector base drawing such as Autocad, Minicad, Vector work, Illustrator, DXF. files etc.
After finished the wireframe object, setting the material, color scheme and lighting as follow as the   designer's requirement. Now the object can be rendered

  • Rendering.
The size of the rendered image can be any size.  We decide from the size of final printing and what kind of final output .Bigger size is better quality but take longer time for rendering.
We need about 30 minute to 5 hour depend on the size and how many object in the perspective.

    • Retouching.
After get the rendered image, we use Photo retouching software to put some small object , adjust the color and sometime correct the small mistake during the rendering process.
